DEPOSIT AND ACCEPTANCE INFORMATION:
A mandatory application fee and deposit reserves your spot on the ministry trip pending review and approval of your application. Space is limited on most trips. Acceptance is based on a first come, first served basis. If a deposit is not received with your application, your application will not be processed. Orbis Ministries reserves the right to deny any application.
COST OF TRIP INFORMATION:
Unless stated otherwise, the cost of the trip includes all nights’ accommodation (based on twin-share) while on the trip, daily breakfast, one team dinner, local ground transport and airport transfers. Excluded in the cost are main international flights, travel insurance (mandatory), visa and passport fees, meals and drinks not stated, extra & personal spending.
There are many variable costs beyond our control; we are forced to set a final cost adjustment date (the Closing Date) for each trip at which point, if your trip is not paid in full, there may be a “trip cost increase” of up to 15%.
IMPORTANT PAYMENT INFORMATION

- • All payments must be made in U.S. dollars.
- • Wire fees may be applicable.
- • The full trip payment and completed application must be received by us by the “balance due date.”
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
If you are not selected for a team, your application ($150USD) will be refunded in full. After your application has been processed and approved, you may cancel up to the deposit payment date in order to receive a refund (less $150 of this fee), or as stated in writing if different. If for any reason, a team member cancels from 6 weeks (or less) prior to the departure date; the full payment will be forfeited. From 10 weeks (or less) prior to departure, if you cancel your place a deposit refund may be possible (not guaranteed), less $300USD non-refundable deposit. However, you will not be refunded monies that Orbis Ministries has paid out on your behalf to secure flight, hotel, transport and any other reservations. Any amount that may be refunded on your behalf will be returned to you by check (US only).
